  液位控制器的核心原理是通过传感器检测液位变化,将其转换为电信号,将设定值与控制器进行比较,并驱动泵/阀门等执行器实现自动液位稳定性和超限报警。主流类型和工作原理-浮球型（通用标准）:浮球随液位上升和下降, 驱动磁环触发簧片开关/微动开关；高位泵停止、低位泵启动, 结构简单, 成本低, 适用于水箱/污水箱。-电极类型: 利用液体的导电性, 当电极接触液体时电路导通,并确定液位；主要用于导电液体（水、污水）。-电容式:探头与容器壁形成电容, 液位的变化改变介电常数和电容值, 转换液位；适用于油和有机溶剂等非导电介质。-超声波型: 探头发射超声波,接收液体表面的反射波,并根据时间差计算距离；非接触式测量,适用于腐蚀性/高温液体,避免泡沫/蒸汽。-压力类型: 测量罐底静压（P=ρ gh）并将其转换为液位；适用于密封罐和混合条件,需要补偿密度变化。控制逻辑- 开关控制（常用）: 设定高低限位；液位达到高位→停止泵/关闭阀门, 降至低位→启动泵/打开阀门, 保持间隔稳定。-连续控制: PID调节, 设定点液位精确稳定, 常用于精细化工工艺。- 警报保护: 超过高低限制会触发声光警报或联锁关闭, 防止溢出/干泵。
